Will's pencil sketch of the Houses of Parliament to use with our free tutorial.

We will use the same colour that Monet used in his beautiful London paintings. Cerulean Blue, Vermilion (ours is a modern reproduction of the original toxic paint),Cadmium Yellow and Cobalt Violet from the COLOURS OF MONET SET.

Monet painted in oils mixing his colours with Titanium White. We'll mix our watercolour paints with the watercolour Titanium White which produces a wonderful medium that has many similar qualitys to Monets oil paint.

A small round brush would work really well, Will will be using a size 2.

Simply download and print onto watercolour paper.

Your printer will need to have PGBK (pigment black) ink cartridge. When printed with the grayscale setting on (in your print options) this will avoid the sketch bleeding when wet.

If you don't have such a swanky printer why sketch the main form onto watercolour paper.

This free sketch is for personal use only, not to be used in any other way including resale.
